1. Sheet Metal Machining
Sheet metal mold making is fast and cheap, with very short lead times. 4. EDM

Wire-discharge machining (EDM) is a high-precision technology that can cut virtually any conductive material. A thin, charged EDM wire mounted between two mechanical rails forms one electrode, while the material being cut forms the other. The electrical discharge between the two electrodes (wire and workpiece) creates sparks that cut the material. Because the live wire never touches the workpiece during EDM machining, the process can be used to make very small and Precision Machined parts that require a level of precision and complexity that cannot be achieved with conventional machining.
