Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection of the machine tool should be carried out, including the inspection of the operating mechanism, electrical equipment, and magnetic chucks and other fixtures. When loading the workpiece, pay attention to the clamping and clamping. The workpiece loosening during the grinding process will cause serious consequences such as the workpiece flying out and hurting people or breaking the grinding wheel. When starting to work, the manual adjustment method should be used to make the grinding wheel approach the workpiece slower, the initial feed should be small, and excessive force should not be used to prevent the grinding wheel from colliding. When it is necessary to use the stopper to control the reciprocating motion of the worktable, it should be adjusted accurately according to the grinding length of the workpiece, and the stopper should be firmly tightened.


When replacing the grinding wheel, you must first check the appearance to see if there is any trauma, and then use a wooden hammer or wooden stick to strike, and the sound is required to be clear and no cracks. When installing the grinding wheel, it must be assembled according to the prescribed methods and requirements. After static balance debugging, the installation and test run are carried out. After everything is normal, it can be used. Workers should wear protective glasses during work, and should be balanced when dressing the grinding wheel to prevent impact. Measuring workpieces, adjusting or wiping the machine should be done after a shutdown. When using a magnetic chuck, clean the surface of the disk and the workpiece, hold it tightly, and suck it firmly. If necessary, add a stopper to prevent the workpiece from shifting or flying out. Pay attention to installing the grinding wheel protective cover or machine baffle, and the station should be over the front of the high-speed rotating grinding wheel.

3. The clamping parts should be stable, the slender parts should use the center frame; the adjustment of the stroke should be stopped first (after the adjustment of the stroke limiter, the screws must be tightened).
4. After the machine tool is started, people should stand on the side of the grinding wheel and not leave the machine tool, and other personnel are not allowed to start the machine tool.
5. Before the new grinding wheel is installed, check whether there is a "high-speed test qualified" label, and a special person is responsible for replacing the grinding wheel.
6. When using a magnet suction cup, it is necessary to suck the large surface of the work object; if the working surface is small, spacers should be added on both sides, and it must be firmly sucked and clamped.
7. Measure and check the workpiece. When removing iron chips on the suction cup, the grinding wheel must be moved to a safe position to prevent hand injury.
8. When dressing the grinding wheel with diamond, the diamond must be fixed on the machine tool, and it is not allowed to hold the diamond by hand for dressing.

9. After the work is finished, the grinding wheel must be shaken to a safe position, and each handle shall be adjusted to the normal position to clean the machine tool and the environment.
