Foundry dust removal equipment is basically a filter bag filter. The filter type dust removal device includes a bag filter and a particle layer filter. The former usually uses a filter bag made of organic fiber or inorganic fiber fabric as the filter layer, while the latter filter layer uses particles of different particle sizes, such as quartz sand, It is composed of river sand, ceramsite and slag. With the powder repeatedly adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continues to thicken, and the resistance value of the bag filter also increases: the pulse valve diaphragm sends a command, and the pulse valve opens when the left and right are submerged, and the inside of the high-pressure air bag The compressed air is passed through, if there is no dust or it is small to a certain extent, the mechanical cleaning work will stop working.

The working principle of the bag filter is that after the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the tuyere, a part of the coarser dust particles and agglomerated dust masses fall directly due to the inertial effect, which plays the role of pre-collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper turns upward and flows into the box. When passing through the filter bag with the metal frame inside, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean room on the upper part of the filter bag and is collected to the air outlet pipe for discharge. The cleaning of the dust collector is carried out in turn by room, and its program is adjusted and determined by the controller according to the process conditions. Reasonable cleaning procedures and cleaning cycles ensure the cleaning effect and filter bag life of this type of dust collector. The cleaning controller has two cleaning functions: timing and constant resistance. Timing cleaning is suitable for occasions where the working conditions are relatively stable. If the working conditions change frequently, the constant resistance cleaning is adopted (the cleaning cycle and running resistance can be realized). OK. So much for today.
