Five Standards for Aluminum Die-casting Die Testing

The casting process properties of aluminum alloys are generally understood as the combination of those properties that are most outstanding in the full casting, crystallization and cooling processes, such as: luidity, shrinkage, air tightness, casting stress and impurity absorption, etc. These characteristics of aluminum alloy casting not only depend on the composition of the alloy, but also depend on the factors of aluminum alloy casting, the heating temperature of the alloy, the complexity of the mold, riser system, gate shape and so on.  Our Die Casting Products are of many different types, including Aluminum Die Casting , brass Die Casting , Magnesium Die Casting, Thin Wall Die Casting , Cold Chamber Die Casting...Aluminum die-casting molds must be inspected before they leave the factory. SCZY has full set of quality control standard. Only when the products meet our standard can they be put into use. The specific five standards are:

1. Testing methods for chemical composition inspection in aluminum die-casting molds, the inspection standards and re-examination must meet the standards of GB/T15115. The chemical composition of the sample product can be used from the die casting to meet the requirements of GB/T15115. The mechanical characteristics of the mechanical properties, the detection method, the number of tests, and the test specifications must meet the requirements of GB/T15115.

2. The sample products used in aluminum die casting molds, the size of the cut parts, and the test patterns to be determined after discussion.

3, the geometric pattern of die casting inspection test can be through a wide range of samples or the use of GB2828, GB2829 standards for testing, test results must meet the specifications.

4. The factory inspection of the appearance quality of aluminum die castings must be tested one by one. The test results must meet the requirements of this standard.

5, The appearance of Aluminum Die Casting Mold should be carried out according to GB/T6060.1 standard.
