However, in actual production, if the upper mold and the lower mold do not reach the ideal state of complete sealing, there will be a gap of large or small. When the metal is subjected to forging, a small amount of material will inevitably come from the upper mold and the lower mold. The gap flows out, so that the weight of the metal parts in the cavity is insufficient, and even the metal parts are difficult to fill the cavity, which affects the size thereof, and the manufacturing precision of the metal parts is lowered.
The new mold includes an upper module and a lower module. The upper module is disposed above the lower module, and the opposite surfaces of the upper module and the lower module are provided with a cavity, and the metal member is formed in the cavity of the upper module and the lower module. The technical modification is to provide a section or a circle of protrusions on the edge of the cavity of the upper module or the lower module, and a groove facing the convex edge at the edge of the cavity of the corresponding other module, and the contact surface is set to a circle In the shape of a curve, when the upper module and the lower module are closed, the convex edge projects into the groove to achieve a completely sealed state.
